The Luxembourg subsidiary of Chinese company Spacety that has been sanctioned over its alleged ties to the Wagner mercenary group has filed for bankruptcy, according to a filing in the business register.
The move bookmarks the company’s five-year long run in the Grand Duchy, which made headlines in February 2023.
